Station 45
790 Pacific Ave., Simi Valley, CA 93065
Fire
Station 45 is located at Fourth Street and Pacific Avenue and was
built in 1978 as a replacement for the previous station that stood
on the same site from the early 1930's. Stone remnants of the old
station still exist in the monument sign in front of Station 45. This
station serves the midtown and west portions of the City of Simi Valley.
The Pacific Avenue Fire Station is staffed daily by three firefighters
and houses a 2004 American La France pumper (Engine 45); a 1996 KME reserve pumper
(Engine 145); and is also the secondary home for Dozer 4, a fire-fighting
Caterpillar D-7 staffed by an operator and a swamper.
