Schedule
a Community Service Request

To schedule a Community Education program or Fire Department
participation in an event, please read the following information,
then complete and return the form to us. Keep in mind that we
do not organize Fire Drills and Parades but we may attend the
event. Due to the amount of requests received and our availability
to emergency response we are not able to participate in or host
birthday celebrations at our Fire Stations. Have an alternate
day available when requesting a program.
The Department requires a minimum of two weeks notice prior
to the requested event or date of program upon receipt of request.
A presentation is not approved until it is confirmed with the
date and time. All of our services are free, please understand
that we are required to respond to emergencies and it may be
possible that we leave an event, if we do not return please
call to reschedule. If you would like to request our participation
or schedule a program please choose one of the following:
