Fiscal Services

This section provides all of the financial management for the Fire District. Payroll staff prepares employee payroll information which is then transmitted to the County for the processing of paychecks. Accounts payable staff processes all invoices and statements and forward to the County for the processing of the checks. Accounts payable can be reached at (805) 389-9713. Questions related to budget, financial analyses and planning should be directed to the fiscal manager at 389-9764. The District's purchasing function is co-located with the warehouse function.
