Mission |
Fire Communications Center (FCC)
As the first point of contact with the public,
the FCC provides professional call taking and emergency medical
dispatching services and coordinates the delivery of Fire/Rescue
services with the appropriate first responders
Information Technology (IT)
Provide the Fire District with appropriate
and cost effective computing, radio and telephone services
to support the delivery of first responders services and to
administer and support the fiscal and non-emergency business
functions.
GIS & CAD Support
Identify, gather and maintain the geographical information
necessary to verify the location of 9-1-1 calls for service
and the data and algorithms that enable the Computer Aided
Dispatch (CAD) system to recommend and dispatch the appropriate
first responder.
